ZingUI worked with Priority over a long period across core ERP products and dedicated solutions, focusing on how mature, feature-rich workflows could be modernized for cloud based usage.
The Challenge
Mature ERP systems accumulate depth. Screens carry years of business rules, configuration options, permissions and edge cases that real customers depend on.
The challenge was to transform complex, mature ERP workflows into clearer and more intuitive experiences without losing the depth and flexibility enterprise users depend on.

What We Learned
- In ERP, simplification is not removal. Expert users need depth — what they don't need is depth in the way of the task in front of them.
- Functional architecture decisions made early cost far less than interface fixes made late.
